Production Manager
· Male or Female
· Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Allied Health Courses
· Acquired at least 2-5 years experience in the Medical Transcription industry as production manager, supervisor, operations manager or equivalent
· Responsible for the overall performance, management, and well being of the production team
· Assists team members having difficulty in transcribing reports
· Edits all documents transcribed to proofreaders for final accuracy check
· May be assigned to work in night shifts
